Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Late Cancellation
For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 100% full amount of the booking, including applicable taxes and service charges.
No-Show Guest
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the hotel will charge the 100% full amount of the booking, including applicable taxes and service charges.
Non-Refundable Reservations
Reservations booked under a Non-Refundable Rate are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
